This site has been around the Internet forever.  P. Lutus runs the site and has developed a number of Careware/Freeware/GPL software packages over the years.  He has authored a number of articles over the years that are quite interesting and thought provoking.  He is the author of a popular freeware HTML editor called Arachnophilia.  The current version of Arachnophilia is Java-based and has been around since 2002.  Arachnophilia itself has been around just about forever in terms of Internet time.
